We enjoyed a delicious meal last night. Anita excelled with an Italian beef casserole. As you can imagine it wasn’t easy to cook such a dish for so many so thank you so much. Part of her effort was to source the meat at a reasonable price, as we ‘cooks’ are conscious of cost, and the chuck steak was tender and tasty, again well done and thank you Anita.
Ann Hume’s choc. ripple cake was amazing, and disappeared in a flash.
Next week we see the return of master chef Stuart, so be sure to join us.
Many bowled and we were fortunate to have Stuart’s expert advice. And there was entertainment, Gerald and Garry played a 25 up, Garry eventually proving too strong. Congrats. Garry.
Our guests were Sandy and David Knott and Robin Stevens, and they too enjoyed a bowl.
