The new season brings a desire to get our Div 4 side to Div 3, we have long been competitive and now that we have our 2nd side in Div 6 we are focusing on the level of competition that we want to get to.
The accessible toilet and surrounds looks fantastic, some paint work and upgrading to toilets and change rooms is also taking place. Enough thanks cannot be heaped onto the sub-committee of:
This is the first step in a number of initiatives as this club looks to go from being a bowling club to a real community provider and support.
I thank the incoming committee for their commitment for another year and thank Graeme Lee who’s recent health scare has meant he has stepped away from the secretarial role. Graeme is why clubs such as ours exist, a sincere thank you!!!!
Roger Morrison and I will manage the role until someone steps forward with hand raised in air to help the club and committee out in this area.
