Yesterday, the Ladies’ Pairs Final was played on a slow green, after fairly heavy rain had fallen during Sunday night and early in the morning.
Contenders for the crown were:
Suzanne Gibbs and Andy Barraclough -vs- Robyn Loh and Deb Hurford
After a hard-fought contest, Suzanne and Andy emerged victorious, as the Ladies Pairs Winners. The congratulations of Malvern Bowling Club goes to these two champions. The score over 18 ends was 19-14. We now all await with interest the outcome of the Men’s Pairs Final.
